Merodis advises Laroy Group on strategic partnership with Group Depre

Merodis, an independent corporate finance advisory firm, is pleased to announce it has successfully advised the shareholders of Laroy Group, a family-owned international supplier of pet products, on the establishment of a long-term strategic partnership with Group Depre, a Belgian family business with deep expertise in high-quality animal feed. 

Under the partnership, Group Depre will become the long-term production partner for the food products of Laroy Group’s duvoplus and Witte Molen brands. Laroy Group will retain responsibility for the development, commercialization and global distribution of these brands. In addition, Group Depre has acquired CéDé NV, including its specialized production facility. The CéDé branded products will be distributed by both Group Depre and Laroy Group. The partnership enables Laroy Group to fully focus on its core activities as developer and global distributor of pet product brands, while Group Depre further strenghtens its focus and expertise in pet food production.
