Merodis acts as Arranger in the private placement of a EUR5m 5Y Note for Atenor

Merodis, an independent corporate finance advisory firm, is pleased to announce that it successfully assisted in the private placement of a EUR 5m 5Y note issued by Atenor, a Belgian stock market listed company.

Atenor is a large scale real estate developer. The company develops mix use real estate projects for residential and commercial markets in Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as large European capitals and cities such as Paris, Lisbon, Dusseldorf, Warsaw, Budapest and Bucharest.

The note was fully subscribed by a Belgian institutional investor, allowing to further diversify the company’s funding base.
