Victor Boes

Victor is an experienced M&A advisor with a strong track-record of successfully guiding entrepreneurs and shareholders on strategic M&A transactions, helping clients navigate pivotal moments in the lifecycle of their businesses. Since joining Merodis in 2021, he has front-lined numerous transactions, combining strong hands-on execution capabilities with a focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for his clients.

His transaction experience spans a broad range of industries, including business services, healthcare and MedTech, consumer goods, pet care, specialty chemicals, technology and logistics.

Prior to joining Merodis, Victor gained investment banking experience in the Financial Institutions team at ABN AMRO and at the M&A and debt advisory boutique Nielen Schuman in Amsterdam, complemented by private equity experience at Bencis Capital Partners and financial audit experience at EY.

Victor holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven and an Extended Master in Finance from Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea.
